Have you ever had blurry vision?

Well, what I mean is? Have you ever thought you had a clear vision for something and then wham-o out of no where something happens. Then all of a sudden everything that was clear becomes  clear as "mud" in our mind???
On top of that my camera is acting just the way I am feeling (go figure). Hence, this blurry pic of the Christmas tree. Well, come to find out I have one really bad kidney infection, it is amazing how an infection can disrupt everything. It is like it put a "room for rent sign" in your brain, well at least in my brain :) I am still not feeling up to "par" as they say, but not near as bad as I was. However, the really good present that I received from my husband (of course it is both of ours) was a Nikon 7000.

What an awesome camera, it may take some getting used to though. Now all I need is Photoshop and I will be set :) I know, geesh, what else could a girl ask for, right??

I hope to take some pics and post them real soon. Please come back and visit,
Chrissy

  1. Hi Chrissy! Welcome to blogland! I am so thrilled that you came across my blog and it is a pleasure to "meet" you. :-) It looks like you are off to a great start and I know you will love being apart of this wonderful community as much as I do! I'm totally jealous of your camera and I look forward to seeing pics of all your projects. I host a linky party every Friday where other bloggers "link up" to my blog and we share some great inspirations. I would love to have you join in the fun!
Looking forward to seeing more of you and following you right back,
    Vanessa

  2. Hi Chrissy - I hope you feel better soon!

I'm coveting your new camera! If you haven't tried the Picasa/Picnik editing programs, you may give them a shot before investing in Photoshop. I'm easing my way into the photography thing and finding it a bit intimidating, but I've been very happy with those programs so far. You can download Picasa for FREE and then you can get to Picnik from there.

Thanks for stopping by my blog! I'm a rookie blogger also, and I'm having tons of fun. I hope you do, too!
